Fantastic location in the old center. just a short walk to great restaurants and parks. The spa facilities were top-notch. I loved the indoor pool and saunas. Breakfast was satisfying. made-to-order eggs upon request. Wish every hotel had such great staff.

I had trouble with the heating system. my room was colder than a Hoth winter, and the portable heaters barely made a dent. It seems like this is a recurring issue since I spotted many guests receiving the same temporary fix. The decor and furniture could use a fresh upgrade, reflecting a style that feels more dated than charming. Also, payment issues with certain bank cards created unnecessary stress, which is the last thing you want after a long trip.
